Event and website terms
Version 1.0. Last updated 15 October 2026.
These terms apply when you register for, enter a ballot for or attend an EP Activations event, and when you use this website. Each event’s sign-up page may add details, such as times and the age limit.
1About us
Our events are run by EP-Activations Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17397206), registered office Kings Works, Kings Road, Teddington, Middlesex, TW11 0QB. Contact us at [email protected].
2Free tickets
- Tickets are free. One per person, in your own name.
- Tickets can’t be transferred, sold or swapped. We may cancel any ticket that has been offered for sale.
- Keep your QR code private. It works once, so a copy won’t get a second person in.
3Ballots
- One entry per person. We remove duplicate and fake entries before the draw.
- The ballot closes at the time shown on the sign-up page. Winners are drawn at random by software.
- Ticking a marketing box never affects your chances.
- We email and text every entrant with their result on the date shown on the sign-up page.
- Winners must claim their ticket by the deadline in their message. Unclaimed tickets go to the next people drawn.
- We may cancel entries or tickets obtained using false details, bots or multiple identities.
4Community and VIP codes
- Some tickets are set aside for community groups and invited guests, who receive an access code.
- Each code works once and is for the person it was given to. Codes can’t be sold or shared publicly.
- We decide how many tickets go to each allocation.
5Getting in
- Unless the sign-up page says otherwise, events are for people aged 18 and over. Bring valid photo ID: a passport, driving licence or PASS-accredited card. No ID, no entry.
- Free events are popular, so we may issue more tickets than the space holds. A ticket doesn’t guarantee entry once we reach capacity, so arrive early.
- We may close entry before the advertised last entry time if we reach capacity or for safety reasons.
- You may be searched on entry. If you refuse, you won’t be let in.
- We may refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated, or who we reasonably believe is a risk to themselves or others.
6Safety and behaviour
- Follow instructions from stewards, security and production staff.
- Don’t bring weapons, illegal drugs, glass, fireworks or flares, or anything else the sign-up page lists.
- We may remove anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk, and report illegal activity to the police.
7Filming and photography
We photograph and film our events, and you may appear in footage used by us and our partners. If you’d rather not be filmed, tell a steward or the camera crew. Our privacy policy explains how we handle footage and how to ask us to remove it.
8Changes and cancellation
Line-ups, times, locations and layouts can change. We may postpone or cancel an event for weather, safety, or reasons outside our control. If we do, we’ll email and text ticket holders as soon as we can. Because tickets are free, there is nothing to refund, and we can’t cover travel or other costs.
9Liability
Please look after your belongings. We aren’t responsible for loss of or damage to them unless it’s caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
10Access needs
If you have access requirements, email [email protected] before the event and we’ll do what we can to help. We use what you tell us only to arrange that help.
11Using this website
- Use this website lawfully. Don’t submit false information, try to get into parts of it you’re not meant to, or use bots or scripts to enter ballots.
- The content, branding and design belong to us or our partners. Don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
- We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be either.
- We aren’t responsible for websites we link to.
12The legal bit
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. We may update these terms; the version and date at the top show when they last changed.
