We’re the team behind Escapiste Projects: licensed surprise pop-ups for artists, labels and brands, planned to the last permit and revealed at the last minute. Every artist on the Escapiste stage was conceptualised and delivered by us.
Method
Space, talent, audience.
Space
We find flyovers, tunnels, squares and riverside lawns, then secure them with the councils and landowners who look after them. Fans meet the artist somewhere they already know, seen in a way they haven’t seen it before.
Talent
Every activation is built around a real moment for an artist: an EP launch, an album release, the night after an arena show. The moment gives fans a reason to come and gives the brand a reason to be there.
Audience
Entry is free and by registration. Every opt-in names the brand it’s for, every partner receives the consent records behind its contacts, and audience reports never identify anyone.
What we deliver
Everything between the idea and the crowd.
- Sites and permissions
- Site finding, landowner and council permissions, event safety management plans and risk assessments.
- Safety and security
- Stewarding, crowd management and police liaison, led by security specialists including a former Metropolitan Police officer.
- Sound
- Acoustic consultants set noise limits and monitor levels on the day, so every activation stays inside what was agreed.
- Production
- Stages, vehicles, lighting, power and barriers, delivered by experienced production managers.
- Registration and ticketing
- Public ballots, community allocations and VIP invites, with tickets in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
- Audience data
- Named opt-ins for each partner, consent records, and audience reports by area and age band. See our privacy policy.
- Content
- Photographers and film crews on site, with edits ready for artist and partner channels.
